Responsibilities:
- Enter data into various computer systems and databases accurately and efficiently - File and organize physical and electronic documents - Transcribe information from source documents to computer files or databases - Perform basic data analysis and create pivot tables in Excel - Assist with clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments - Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular quality checks - Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and workflows Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficient in basic math calculations - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel - Previous experience in an administrative or data entry role is preferred - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information - Strong written and verbal communication skills Please note that this is a general job description for a Data Entry Clerk position.
