Salary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Director to lead our finance department.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional who thrives in a busy work place, and is well-versed in working closely with senior management.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounts payable and receivable (AP & AR), end of month (EOM) and end of year (EOY) close, audits, and financial reporting.
As a key member of the executive team, the Finance Director will report directly to the CEO and assume a strategic role in the overall financial management of the company.
The position will have primary day-to-day responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial-related activities of the company.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all financial operations within the organization, including FP&A, AP and AR, EOM and EOY close.
Lead and coordinate audits, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Develop and implement financial strategies, ensuring alignment with the organization's overall strategic objectives.
Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to the senior management team, providing insights and recommendations to inform decision-making.
Monitor and manage the organization's financial performance, identifying any areas of concern and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the medical industry's financial landscape, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial management role, preferably within the medical industry.
Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, accounts payable and receivable, end of month and end of year close, audits, and financial reporting.
Solid understanding of financial regulations and standards within the medical industry.
Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound financial decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely.
Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
