Summary:
We are seeking an Journeyman to join our team in.
As a Journeyman you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in a hands-on environment.
This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for HVAC work.
Position
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with salesperson and office on assigned outgoing contract Jobs (custom metal material etc) Coordinate with salesperson and office for material lead times (custom metal material etc) Installation of systems assigned to Installer while working under minimum supervision.
Complete required manufacturers run up/ start up procedures on equipment.
Attend required training to be proficient in all aspects of System Installations.
Train apprentices in all aspects of the job Clean and stock assigned vehicle daily Complete all paperwork in a neat, accurate, thorough and timely manner Follow Policy/Procedure outlined in Employee Handbook.
Be on time and work with a positive attitude.
Be a Leader and lead by example.
Deliver superior customer service and sustain a high level of customer satisfaction.
