Qualified candidates must have:
Shop experience in an industrial environment
Paint or powder coating experience on industrial parts (or understand the fundamental concepts)
Experience using micrometers or vernier calipers to measure dimensional sizes on parts.
Candidates with the following experience is a big PLUS:
Actual thermal spray experience or training, which collectively includes the following
Terminology or processes labeled as plasma spray
Arc spray
HVOF (high velocity oxygen-fuel) spray
Combustion powder
Combustion wire Flame spray and metallizing
Coating materials applied include, but aren't limited to, ceramics, carbides, pure metals and metal alloys.
Pay depends on experience!!Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
