Technical Support Specialist

zipLogix is looking for a contract-to-permanent Help Desk Customer Service Representative to work in a high volume call center to support Real Estate software applications. This is a technical customer service role handing inquiries regarding zipLogix software products. The Help Desk Customer Service Representative will serve as the front line of support for the company via phone, fax and e-mail. You will become a member of a hardworking, enthusiastic, and dynamic team of representatives.

As a member of this team, you will field a variety of calls ranging from simple website registration login questions to providing technical support for multiple software applications. Representatives will be responsible for greeting callers, establishing rapport, projecting a professional tone, handling complaints, and recording statistics on each call.

Requirements
o Must have demonstrated experience dealing with a high volume of incoming calls in a call center environment.
o Must have a high level of computer literacy and proficiency in MS Word, MS Outlook, Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows 8, MacOS and Internet Explorer, Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, and Safari.
o Ability to learn new software quickly.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrable typing speed 30 wpm or greater.
o Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience.
o Must possess a commitment to outstanding customer/member service, excellent telephone etiquette and people skills, and professional demeanor.
o Ideal candidate is enthusiastic, courteous, empathetic, highly motivated, and able to multitask effectively.
o Candidates will take a pre-employment test to determine competency level in various software programs.

Preferred Experience
o Familiarity with iOS and AndroidOS.
o Microsoft CRM experience.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
